Why does learning in EasyNN-plus use nearly all the CPU?
This is not just while learning, many of the functions in EasyNN-plus use all the available CPU power. In EasyNN-plus both the application and the threads that need power use whatever is available but they run at the lowest priority. This allows EasyNN-plus to take full advantage of single and multi processor systems without slowing any other applications. The operating system and other applications do not slow down.
