Why does it take three days to complete a glazed bullnose order?
The steps mandatory in producing glazed bullnose are as follows: Day 1: Cut and bullnose your field tile to your specification. Since we use machines that require water, the bullnose must dry overnight. Day 2: Glaze and load your bullnose in the kilns for firing. A kiln firing cycle is 24 hours. Day 3: Unload your bullnose from the kilns and box for shipping.
