Why does it take so long to publish the minutes from official town meetings?
A. The minutes from meetings such as the Council and Planning Board are posted only after they are accepted. Prior to their acceptance they are not official minutes. This happens at the meeting following the meeting for which the minutes were taken. If a meeting is cancelled this process is delayed. Our goal is to post minutes within one week of their acceptance.
