Why does it take so long to load the EASi Application?
The EASi applications are large files which can take several minutes to download across the Internet to your computer. Once the application has been downloaded for the first time, your browser should save a copy of the form on your computer using what is called cache*. This should significantly improve the speed of EASi. If your internet browser does not use caching or does not cache files for a long enough amount of time, you may have to download the EASi application file each time you access it. * Caching: In order to speed things up, browsers use a technology called caching, or temporary storage of materials that have already been displayed so those materials do not have to be downloaded again if they have not changed recently. So, if you have caching enabled on your browser, your browser will check to see if it already has a cached copy of an application before it tries to download it again.
