Why does it take so long to connect to Protexx?
Here are the most common reasons why your Protexx connection may be slow: • Reason 1: Your Internet connection is slow from your ISP. • Reason 2: The Protexx Tunnel you are connecting thru could be experiencing connectivity issues. • Reason 3: There may be a high volume of subscribers connecting at the same time as you, thereby slowing your connection. <>Action to take: You should exit the DGD and re-start your connection. The DGD icon is located in your TASK BAR. This may allow you to reconnect through another Protexx Tunnel location with less activity If your connection location still doesn’t change, try rebooting your computer or connecting at a later time.
