Why does it take longer or shorter times to process an order?
Certain periods of the year or world events extend the time required to process an order. This can be as obvious as the issuance of a new decoration to everyone, or as subtle as the Marine ball in November. At other times there are fewer people buying new ribbons because of holidays or PCS timing, in this case processing time will be shorter.
