Why does it seem like it’s taking longer to get the Rector Search Committee appointed and start the search process than it did last time?
Actually, some people think we’re going faster, and some slower. The time frames are really about the same. People who were involved in the previous search process might be remembering that the Rector Search Committee was appointed earlier, but in that case that committee also did the Parish Profile. In this case, we separated those two functions.
