InVideo uses a Macromedia Flash technology which can compress and deliver a high quality but very small video. However the technology is only limited for a short video and it is not meant for user who wants to upload large video files. It only serves its purpose to send a short video clip via email and to make them available online. If you have a long video, you can define show range (section of your video) that will be published.
