Why does HWA have to send an advance person with certain Speakers in addition to the Speaker’s travel aide?
It is the job of the Speaker Relations Account Manager to make sure that no travel details are left unattended. Some Speakers require that our Agency send an advance staffer to be on-site in order to better attend to details, security and questions on site. This advance staffer will be a tremendous asset to the Meeting Planner and the Speaker during the event.
