• The machine does not have an ethernet adapter installed or it is not configured properly (see item 3). • The “Lana” (Local Area Network Adapter) number is not set to zero for the network route “NetBT.” This can be specified by selecting Control Panel, Network and double clicking on NetBIOS Interface from the list of “Installed Network Software”. Specify “0” (zero) as the “Lana number” value for the NetBT network route. Modifying the Lana number will require a system reboot. • An updated device driver may be required for the ethernet adapter.
