Why does Group Study Room eboard go into Powersaving mode and stop displaying?
The eboards in the group study rooms will go into Powersaving mode and shut off when they lose connection to the laptop or other device that is attached to them. To troubleshoot: Check the VGA cable connection to the laptop, making sure it is tight. Also check the other end of the VGA cable connection under the group study tables to make sure it has not been accidentally kicked loose.
