Why does God restrict christians from seeing angels?

0

Actually there is no restriction on seeing angels. Both Sacred Scripture and the history of Judaism and Christianity have several accounts–though extremely rare in all cases–of angels appearing before humans. But notice I said angels “appearing” before humans. Humans can’t see angels for the same reason the plethora of single-celled organisms living on and around you can’t see you. The angels are commonly referred to as spirits, beings or entities without the restrictions of time and space set upon them that dwell in the same transcendent state that God does. In our current state of existence we can’t normally see what is happening in this plane that transcends our own. We are subject to its limitations of space, time, dimension, and change. Just as those single-celled organisms aren’t “forbidden” from “seeing” us, we aren’t forbidden from seeing spirits. It’s just that unless there is a specific reason, these spirits do not materialize in such a form that can be viewed and understoo
