Why does God kill the first born of Egypt including babies if he is a loving God? Think Moses?
Well this life is not what’s important it’s the afterlife that is, and Since all people are born in a state of submission to God’s will, then all the babies would be in heaven, the other first born were worshipping other gods so they are to be punished, it was just a matter of time. The Pharoah picked the punishment himself due to his arrogance and God wanted to humiliate this man who thought he was equal to God almighty. So only the bad people got what they deserved, and the event made such an impact that the story carried on throughout history and still inspires believers to this day. God knows best.
