Why does GateKeeper stop immediately after starting?
There are a few posibilities, it’ll be one of the following: • GateKeeper is already running as a service • Another program has GateKeeper’s port open (either the COM port, or the TCP port) • The configured COM port is invalid on this machine • GateKeeper is not authenticated, ie you have not entered a key for it’s currently selected transport To find out what the problem is please review the file called ‘log’ in the directory GateKeeper resides in, this should indicate what the problem is.
