Why does FLYworks have a group like FLY KiDS and underwrite its support?
FLY KiDS is an integral part of FLYworks. From a business perspective: It’s much better to “show” than “tell” when explaining what the FLYworks mission is. FLY KiDS—in performances, images, videos, and other activities—serves to demonstrate the type of dancing and dance programs FLYworks advocates for youth. From a personal perspective: Working with kids and developing them is what the staff of FLYworks loves to do. Currently every staff member is a former or current public school teacher with a history of service and acomplishment.
