Why does FIDA Kenya break homes?
FIDA Kenya assists women to access justice especially in the area of Family Law which includes divorce and division of matrimonial cases. We also offer counseling, couple therapy services and alternative dispute resolution and these goes along way to foster family ties. It does not in any way encourage women to leave their homes; a decision to file the aforementioned cases MUST always come from the client.
