Why does FastSnap distinguish between types of properties?
Photo service providers specify different charges for handling different types of properties. For example, fees for commercial properties are generally higher than residential properties due to the additional time and expense required. Residential properties are defined as habitational (dwelling) occupancies from 1 to 10 units. The units do not have to be attached. Commercial properties include all other occupancies, including but not limited to apartment (over 10 units), retail, manufacturing, and institutional occupancies. All dwellings where the total number of units exceed 10 units are considered commercial properties. Charges are also specified for streets/intersections and vehicles. At the time the order is submitted, you must specify the type of property. The quote for our service will be based on the property type you specify.
