Why does Exec-Amort say: Cannot open configuration file?
Exec-Amort needs full access to the EXECAMORT.CFG file in order to save global preferences, default values, registration status, and program installation information. If you do not have full access to the EXECAMORT.CFG, you will get the following message when you try to run the program: Fatal Error: Cannot open configuration file – Write protected disk or config file read only. I/O Error: 75 (Path/File Access Error) If you are running Exec-amort from a network location, make sure your administrator sets the security attributes on the EXECAMORT.CFG file to read/write for the Exec-Amort users.
