If working with Excel 97 or 2000, close Excel after saving and closing the work file. The file will reopen properly.

Like issues I have quite frequently, but several weeks ago I successfully observed a program at the Inet. Besides it had many helpful capabilities and to my mind would help here also – excel fix.
