Why does everyone blame Robert Green?
I think that the ball is to blame. If it was a normal ball then ok, it would be a crucial blunder. You can see that ALL players are having difficulty with the ball, especially if it bounces. Another keeper had the same thing happen to him (can’t remember which one exactly, I think Slovenia.) Easy to say get your body behind the ball but that’s exactly the point – it is unpredictable. Crouch would be better than Heskey. Rooney needs supply & Crouch would provide that as well as score himself. I think Mr Capello is saving Crouch for the big matches. England will qualify on top of their group.
