Why does every1 hate Allen Iverson ?
Because people generally think that he takes too many shots, and that is the reason why his numbers are so “overrated.” Personally, I believe Allen Iverson is a great ballhandler that has a court vision like few others. He makes things happen on the offensive end. When people see a guy with average height thrive on a court full of giants, they tend to get a bit envious and try to find excuses for his success. Now that he’s in Detroit and he’s learning how to adapt to a new offense, people are taking his low numbers as an excuse to kick him while he’s down so to speak…rather than commending Iverson for his efforts to conform to Detroit’s team strategy, they’re knocking him for it. Chauncey Billups was great when he was there, but people need to remember that he played with that team for years before he reached his All-Star status. Give this team time, and they can be a force. There are very few teams out there that would turn down the addition of Allen Iverson to their roster. People
