Why does Europe receive new models in advance of North America?
Production for North America typically follows Europe by a month and the transit time from Italy to the North American dealer is about 4-5 weeks. This results in the arrival of new models approximately 2 months following Europe. Why are some dealerships getting bikes before others? Ducati North America is working to improve the quality of education and training for new model releases and the Multistrada 1200 is no exception. Dealers that have signed up for the Multistrada Academy will receive their bikes one month in advance.
