We offer this program to get new traders on the right path to success. It is in our best interest as a broker/dealer to keep traders long term. Here at ESRQ Capital we want to train our new traders and develop them for the long term, that is why we split the losses and allow our traders to still keep 95% of the profits until they complete the Jr. Trader program. Once a new trader completes the program (when a Jr. Trader has made $4500 on an accumulative basis) we no longer split the losses and you have full discretion of your trading.
