Why does Eservus charge a premium price for certain tickets?
Some tickets, primarily concert tickets and tickets to popular sporting events, are not available to Eservus at a discount so Eservus is unable to offer these tickets at discount prices to its clients. Eservus’s markup is typically 10% which accounts for some of the additional charges added to popular tickets. All other additional charges are paid to our suppliers for the privilege of accessing these hard-to-get tickets, often before the general public. Why does Eservus charge a premium price for Toronto Maple Leaf tickets? It is not Eservus’s usual policy to sell tickets for well above face value; most often, Eservus provides our clients with tickets at below face value. Unfortunately, Eservus is only able to purchase Leafs’ hockey tickets at premium prices.
