Why does Employee Benefits have the prefix “Labor & Employment” in some cases?
In some states Employee Benefits has its own chapter, in others it comes under Labor & Employment. This reflects our research into that state. The schedule reflects the breakdown of practice areas in the current guide. Until we start researching we do not know if there will be changes. -top- You do not list a practice area which I think you should cover. If a practice area is not listed in the Research Schedule, then we do not plan to cover it in our 2010 edition. However, we often gather new practice areas in the course of our research and you are welcome to suggest them to us.
