The skill level of the workers is very high, the quality of the plant used is very high, and every batch is tested to insure it meets our taste standards, and stevioside content (95 % minimum). The balance is made up of moisture, and small traces of naturally occurring components that make up the Stevia leaf. If the Stevioside does not meet our high standards, it is sold off to other companies selling stevioside. You will notice that Emperors Herbologist JAJA Stevioside does not have a grassy taste, or licorice after taste. It does not change the color of water when mixed into it.
