Why does EFNEP Data Need to be Entered into the 4-H Enrollment System?

0

The 4-H Enrollment System did not used to track EFNEP data. The reasoning was that it was being tracked by the EFNEP software, so why enter it twice. It turns out that it is a problem when it comes time to report on the 4-H Enrollment data. The EFNEP data was never included in the 4-H Enrollment System reports, so anyone looking at these reports who doesn’t know that the EFNEP data is tracked elsewhere is not getting a true picture of 4-H Enrollment. So, in order to get the truest possible picture, we need to enter the data twice: once in the ERS software (this is already being done, usually by the FCS Administrative Assistant in your office) and then again in the 4-H Enrollment System.
