EFI SendMe provides a unique full-page preview and editing tools at the MFP that enhance productivity and ensure that potentially scanned documents not be separated from the person scanning them. Broad-based customer feedback embraces the EFI SendMe design concept of an ATM-style experience, with business tasks completed, previewed and confirmed at the MFP. Managing or editing the scanning from another location is considered less productive, but for some users, the desktop workflow is a traditional “comfort zone.” For users who prefer this option, tools like EFI Pitstop provide additional desktop editing capability. The EFI SendMe kiosk workflow provides both superior ease-of-use and productivity enhancement for MFP users. EFI SendMe also does not require any additional software to be installed on the users’ desktops.
