Why does EDynamica Pay care about a merchants location?
Because Visa rules state that an IPSP like EDynamica Pay can only process transactions on behalf of Sponsored Merchants located in the same Visa region as the IPSP. EDynamica Pay and EDynamica Pay EU are located in the United States and Europe respectively, so EDynamica Pay may only process for merchants in the Visa’s U.S.A. and the Visa Europe regions which include: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Greenland, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, and the United Kingdom.
