If you have an internal Iomega Zip Drive installed, you may see a Drive B listed in Explorer, but have trouble accessing it as the Zip drive. To solve this problem, please follow the instructions to install the device drivers for the Zip drive, and also setup Iomega NT Tools. The typical drive letter assignment for the Zip drive is D: drive.
