Why does “Download Data” on Internet Explorer 5 show the loading icon?

IE5 has a problem that shows the ‘loading icon’ even after the data is downloaded. We have communicated the problem to Microsoft. This is more of an ‘irritant’ than a real problem and you can continue to use the download or other options using IE5.
