Many of the features of DJPower Xtreme used to be available as software only. However, when we had “software only” customers calling in for support on the various features, due to all the various possible configurations of software and hardware combinations, we found we were often unable to help them whenever there was a conflict. This was frustrating to both our customers and our technicians. So to better serve our customers, we now offer DJPower Xtreme with two options: 1) DJPower Xtreme now comes with a complete hardware package that has been configured and tested specifically to run DJPower and its features. 2) DJPower Xtreme can now be purchase as software only with a waiver of technical support.
