Why does DEVONagent crash when I open a browser window or an archived page?

DEVONagent uses Apple’s WebKit as its browser engine. When WebKit crashes it draws DEVONagent with it into the abyss and there is little we can do about it. So, most DEVONagent crashes related to browsing are in fact WebKit crashes. Please send us your crash log (in ~/Library/Logs/CrashReporter/) if you want to know for sure what happened.

Maybe you have Safari 3.0 Beta installed. It contains a bug that crashes many third-party applications using its WebKit browser engine such as DEVONagent. Downgrade to Safari 2.x should fix this problem until Apple provides a more ‘friendly’ version of Safari 3.0.
