DEVONagent crashes when trying to display PDF files on Macs running Mac OS X 10.4 Tiger when Adobe Acrobat 7.x is installed. Acrobat’s browser plug-in is incompatible to the web browser engine of both Mac OS X and DEVONagent. Remove the Acrobat plug-in from “/Library/Internet Plug-Ins” and everything should work as advertised.
