This is normal. The actual Delivery Confirmation number starts with 9101 or 9102. When you are using the Concatenated barcode option for Delivery Confirmation number (required to get the online discount) 8 numbers are added to the Delivery Confirmation number, 420 and 5 digits of the zip code. Either the entire 30 digit number starting with 420 or the 22 digit number starting with 9101 or 9102 can be used on both our Endicia Package Authorization web page and the USPS Track and Confirm site to get the current information of the package. To provide standardized compatibility with 3rd party programs that communicate with Dazzle via XML, DAZzle only returns the 22 digit Delivery Confirmation number.
