You have maintained several transportation lanes for the same location. If one quota exists, all other procurement priorities are ignored, even if they are maintained for a different time period. For instance assume the following situation is modelled : From 01.xx to 07.xx Transportation lane 1 -> quota arrangement 30% Transportation lane 2 -> quota arrangement 70% From 07.xx to 10.xx Transportation lane 1 -> procurement priority 1 Transportation lane 2 -> procurement priority 2 In this situation quotas and priorities are mixed. Therefore, only the quotas would be used and the procurement priority would be ignored completely. Notice that this restriction is only valid per location and it is possible to have quotas at one location and priorities at another location.
