Why does CQUEST have print quotas?

A print quota is the limit number of pages you are allowed to print. We have print quotas because CQUEST does not have the financial resources to allow unlimited printing. The print quotas are set by the instructors so that students have enough pages to allow them to do their course work. For the purpose of quotas, a “page” is one side of a sheet of paper.
