We have studied geothermal power and many other potential sources of energy, and CPS Energy will evaluate any geothermal development proposal brought to us. Currently there is no commercial geothermal power generation in Texas, mainly because of the depth for drilling and the cost of these projects. CPS Energy routinely sends out requests for proposals seeking renewable energy projects, including geothermal.
