Why does clicking the email link on my card, just open a browser window that says “Action Cancelled”?
If you don’t have an email program installed on your computer, like Outlook, Incredimail, etc., the email link cannot bring up a compose email window. Instead you just see the browser window it uses to access the email address from our database. If you have to connect to the internet to access your email program, such as with AOL, Earthlink, Yahoo, etc., the program is not installed on your computer, therefore the email link doesn’t have an email program to bring up.
