Why does Cisco.com (previously CCO) registration no longer accept my registration/verification key? How am I supposed to get my reseller number into my profile so I can have partner level access??
Cisco is discontinuing the use of Registration/Verification keys and these will no longer be needed to get partner level access to Cisco.com (previously CCO) . The Cisco.com registration page had been updated to reflect this fact, and Certifed or Specialized Partners or Authorized Resellers should choose option 4 to get your CCO User ID. If you already have a Cisco.com (previously CCO) User ID and would like to upgrade your access level, you must use Associate Myself with a Company (part of Partner Self Service) to associate yourself with the Cisco partner or reseller you work for. Approval is subject to verification.
