CIRA is governed by a Board of Directors comprised of 15 Directors who set policy and establish strategies to support Canada’s dot-ca domain name registry, Canada’s Internet community, and Canadian Internet users. CIRA’s Board of Directors elections are held online annually to fill vacant Director positions.
