Why does Chachos not allow minors into the restaurant certain nights of the week in certain restaurants?

The only way to absolutely ensure that we will not serve minors is to not allow minors in the restaurant. Although we obviously do not like to do this, we sometime believe we must do this to ensure minors do not consume alcohol on our premises.
