In order to print with Canon Easy-WebPrint, you may need to upgrade to the latest printer driver. This may be necessary if, when you installed your printer, it was automatically recognized by Windows which did not request a new driver at that time. If you are seeing error messages indicating that your printer is not supported, download and install the latest driver from your local Canon sales company website. When printing with Canon Easy-WebPrint 2.6.x, an error may occur if the printer name is long. If this error occurs, rename the printer so that the printer name is at most 31 characters long.
