Why does Canada Creek not advertise?
We take our advertising budget and spend it on satisfying our customers. Our advertising dollars are also used to buy superior quality ingredients, so that we may create great tasting teas. We think this is a better way to spend the money. Satisfied customers are our primary objective. Someday, when we are big conglomerate, we will have slick TV ads. For now, we will spend the money on making tea.
