Why does California mail ballots to registered voters before Election Day while Texas does not?

Things don’t move all that fast in Texas which still doesn’t have a State Income Tax. Texas doesn’t need to keep up with progressive States like California. That’s why it is less costly to live in Texas as compared to California. Texans don’t need all the BS California offers. When it’s time to vote Texans just go out and vote they don’t need to have the expense of ballots mailed out to every voter many of which most likely don’t even live at the same address. It’s a waste of money and Texans don’t want it changed! If it’s not broke don’t fix it! If you are a serious voter you will find out who is running and what the propositions are. In Texas it’s always on the news anyway. When people start demanding things that are totally unnecessary taxes go up! Next you will want the State to send you a notice that you need to take your French Poodle to the Pet Groomer!
