Why does Calamine lotion on rashes work to stop the itch?
Fact is it doesn’t, you ask any doctor or nurse, they will tell you it makes things worse, a doctor wont prescribe it any more, i asked for it for my son who had chicken pox and he refused saying they found it only relieves the symptoms for a couple of Minuit’s and stops spots from drying out properly also the itch is still there, sorry cant help you but thought this might be a different answer to think about.
