Why does BSAC not place any emphasis on ease of re-stowage? We agree that it is secondary to ease of deployment, but re-stowing is still very important if regular practicing is to be encouraged?

Priority should be given to effective deployment. In the significant majority of instances where deployment is necessary to support an Out of Gas diver that will represent the termination of the dive and there is no need to re-stow. In a training or practice environment a buddy will be available to assist if necessary.
