Why does Bess block personal storage websites?
Bess is set at different levels of security by school districts. Most don’t have the money to allow a higher level of access at the high school level and everything is filtered through an elementary level filter. Call it paranoia on the part of school boards. The tech guys can also block specific sites. I had the Apple website blocked as well as eBay and I was trying to buy equipment for the school. I had to do it at home.
