Why does Bea have a specialty in working with non-native English speakers?
She has taught English as a Second Language to a diverse group of language learners in America and has lived in Turkey for the past seven years. For several years she taught English as a Foreign Language at schools and universities in Turkey, and spent years learning two foreign languages. During this time she was the resident university editor and writer assisting professors and academic staff with their publishing endeavors. Additionally, Bea was the organizer and assistant editor for the Global Leadership Forums for three consecutive years, which entailed 40 conference papers each year from academics worldwide, mostly non-native English speakers. The result was three published books on leadership. Bea has a knack for understanding what messages are trying to be conveyed even when the language is confused or disorganized.
