Why does Autofill freeze sometimes?
If Secure Online Account Numbers Autofill function freezes, you may need to check and/or change your security settings. To do so, please do the following: • Select “Start Menu > Settings > Control Panel.” • Double click on “Internet” or “Internet Options.” • Select “Delete Files” from the Temporary Internet Files. • Select the “Security” tab and click on “Default Level” to set it to “Medium” for this area. • Select the “Privacy” tab and set the slider bar to “Low.” • Select the “Advanced” tab and make sure the “Do not save encrypted files to disk” and “Empty Temporary Internet Files folder when browser is closed” options are not checked. • Select “Apply” and then “OK” from the bottom of the window. After making these adjustments, close Secure Online Account Numbers and then restart it to try and log in.
